Ban command

Hi guys, I searched the entire forum/google(or I hope i did) but couldn't find any working ban command.

I'm new to coding so I have no clue on how to do this.

Just:
1. Change UGrade to 253
2. Fore disconnect.

That would be it.

And also all commands other than those who doesnt need arguments I get incorrect syntax for some reason, any clues?

I was about to but I noticed (from what I could understand in the code) it does not kick the player just changes the ugrade to 253


/admin_block command should do the trick but like I said it gives me syntax errors, like all the other commands that needs arguments.
