Best website to use?

I am using the database from phoenix what site is best to use nolife one has bugs and shows lots of errors and has no panel and b-2-0 i havent tried but i cant find a link for it could somone send and also send other good sites what work fine with the db iuse thanks

IT HAS Lots of exploits i suggest not to use it unless You know how to fix it .
