Your problem is that your Texture has a realy small resolution.
In order to get a sharper outcome you have to get a version of that texture with a higher resolution.

You got it wrong.

Small resolution -> Bad Quality
Good resolution -> Good Quality -> No blur

So like HellSniper said, get a bigger image and your quality will be way better.
