[BLENDER] Armatures

I took a look at the NPC's at quests in blender, and saw child bones, but I couldn't find the parent bone. BUT, if I made an armature and extruded it, the line itself, was the parent, but in MAIET's elu's, it's a dotted line which you can't select. I might be onto something, or totally wrong, but I need a bit help on that.

see this is the trouble im having, and FxS that is just a basic tut on rigging <.< if you have any common since on bone structures you get it ezpz.

I dont understand why maiets bones are loaded as such, it confuses me, and i tried even making my own bone structure exactly like the bone structure as maiets, with my own armatures, but it still hasnt worked, and the only person who has got the armatures to work in full is sushininja, who has yet to talk to me.

Sushi gave out basic stuff.

If I remember, he said he WOULD release, but as he works for DR its up to them since its private for DR right now

The reason of Sushs work break is that he lost the interesst in doing it.
I asked him to ship the tutorial or atleast some major bricks.
Ive ordered him, he said yes but blah .--.
