By passing my ISP port 80 block

Well, My F'ing ISP Provider blocked the outbound traffic over port 80... And now I can't host my website nor my server and If I try using another port the website will work BUT THE LAUNCHER WON'T (And I don't want to use another port, so don't waste your time telling me to do so)

Is there a way to bypass my ISP port 80 block?

(And don't tell me to login, in their website and buy a new service that enable the use of port 80 because I won't, get that??)

Put the webserver on an other port
Make an no-ip that points to that port and place that in the launcher, that should work.
