mailing registrations is best way to prevent hackers from coming in (and if they do u simply just delete the account...)

(its hard for hacker to make multi e-mail)

not if u let the email form send the senders ip too ;)

ofcourse there will be ways to bypass everything, but not everybody can do that or will waste their time on a pserver

I recommend all pservers to do email registration.

For even more security you can make an installer that requires a serial key. and that you get an email when a serial key is used (to prevent people from sharing it) if people share the serial u can check who had that serial in the first place and ban him

No it does't... its a little box that has functions that can be used, and guys... its just called "Console" not admin console. it has more powers than an admin has. Powers meaning you can force join clans and all that stuff...
