Can i anyone make a TUT about how to install Microsoft SQL server 2008 r2?

Hello,

The title explains actually everything.
I have seen one video about it but it doesn't show you how to login to SQL management studio.
Because when i try to log in it doesn't work.

The user should always be "sa" (without quotes) or the windows login.

But when i try to log in with sa it says pass is wrong

Server name: your_computer_name\SQLEXPRESS.
Authentication: Windows Authentication
