Cannot Acces

I think i did something wrong, But I dont know what..
Can somebody help me :) ?

When i want to Acces, The server connect for about 5 sec and than it says:
'Cannot Acces to the server'

help me Please :)

Btw. Ive got already portforward my ports from Gunz :)

make sure dbo.serverstatus port is set to 6000
