Cannot acces server

Hey guys,

I making a privite server followed whit the tut of ragezone everything worked fine. But when i sent all the files to my friend and he tryed to log in he coudnt.. Its says: Cannot acces server.

We tryed everything and i dont know what to do now..

I can login but he cant..

anybody know how to fix this?
It would be realy great!
