Are you running the locator, and make sure gunz is looking at the IP 127.0.0.1.

make sure you have opened the right ports
6000-9000 tcp
7000-9000 udp

if you have done so, check to see if you did it correctly by going to Open Port Check Tool and type in port 600 then hit check
