go to start -> controll panel -> windows firewall (or if you dont have classic view selected then click on windows security center) -> go to exceptions-> then click add program and browse for your theduel.exe , matchserver,locator,matchagent.
also i recommend to open some ports
these ports can be found in gunz tutorial section
