Cannot access server

hello, I am trying to get my server to be shown.
I portforwarded the correct ports for the server, checked with PF Checker.
All ports were open and I edited the system.xml too.
What's happening? D:

EDIT: Ok, I got my cannot see server fixed, but I can't access it, it says "cannot access server"

ohshoot, i forgot about that, sorry. But I got the cannot see server fixed, I just need to know how to connect to it.
It always give me this "cannot access" error

I'm using the 2008 repack 3 now and it still won't work D:

check it at dbo.Account maybe your UserID is not the same with dbo.Login

ok I just checked it, it was the same.
Still cannot connect to it.

make sure that your ip is correct
also did you make it with local host?

I placed my wan ip on it.
I want to make the server so I can test things with my friends.
Also, I have tried it with my local host(127.0.0.1).
I think I have to portforward some other ports :/.
