Cannot Access Server

Facing this problem for quite a time now.
Edited all the IP's as per the Guide. I want to have a test server,but my brother also wants to test with me.
I couldn't view the server at first then I changed it everything to 127.0.0.1. And the server works alright. Then having changed back everything to normal as per the guide, somethings back to my normal IP, as I have static IP, I face cannot connect to server issue.
I'm hosting the server on my own PC.
Hope there's a fix.

2. install
3. Create a network
4. Name your network and give it a pass
5. let people join that network
6. set your Hamachi IP in your server and client. (Just like you did with Static, the one that worked.)

To be honest, portforwarding would be cooler and simpler for him and for the players that'll join.

I suggest you portforward your ip. And btw monitorip goes to your static ip too.

The server does work all right for everyone else. My brother can log on noticing that the server is being hosted on my PC. But I myself can't logon. Is there any way that I could login too? Without hamachi?

try adding 127.0.0.1 in the system.xml>located in the system.mrs below your wan ip

Check if you port forwarded everything fine.
also, check if your port in DB ServerStatus is correct, because as the Local PC, port forwarding isn't needed for you, thats why you also got the Locator Packet, the problem might be then your MatchServer Port which is sent to you by the Locator, which the Locator gets from your DB ServerStatus, check that (and be sure your MatchServer is running on that Port, and check also the IP in your ServerStatus (DB))
