cannot access the server

hey everyone i cant enter my gunz server ive tried everything but it doesnt work

now im asking u for help i have problems with cannot access the server and i cant access the lobby

the gunz client of _system32_ deosnt work for me i wanna start the launcher and it says something like you dont have premision to enter

and it doesnt even start up

so i hope you can help me :(
