For this one,you might have edited some mrs files that shouldn't be touched.
-_- Could be ip's are edited wrong, server.ini, locator.ini, serverstatus table from the database.
Could be your router needs to be port fowarded (Gunz ports)
Could be your firewall is blocking connections.
It could be port forwarding or IP,you see your IP changes everytime you turn off your modem for 1 minute,.
he's making the server for local connection i.e. he's using ip 127.0.0.1
No you are wrong. Not all routers and modem changes the IP if you turn off your modem, there are dymanic ip's which the IP stays the same, until something bad happens and from your isp changes it.
And he is using his local connection "127.0.0.1", so it doesn't matter I guess.
