Cannot create game error, Quest problems, and database problem

When I try and test some maps that I downloaded from ragezone, I sometimes get a "Error: Cannot Create Game" message.

When I try and put in quest combination items for Quest Mode, the combinations don't work. For instance goblin skull with crimson necklace don't work. When I tried a pampow doll with another pampow doll, it worked but then I got a "Error: Cannot Create Game" message.

What is the problem and what file controls the Quest Mode combinations?

Also in my SQL Server 2005 Express database, when I try and modify someone's bounty in the Character table, it works but then when the person logs out, the bounty either decreases or goes to negative. How can I fix someone's bounty and make the bounty stay the same. It always changes on my server even after I modify it. Like I put 9999999 bounty in my character (I'm the Admin on my server) and I log in and it appears as 9999999 bounty. But when I log out, it goes down to like 5342 bounty. I spend some of it, then log out. I log back in and it's at -1000 bounty.

Edit: And yes I did patch the server up with the negative bounty fix.

    Ok,
Cannot Create Game error is when you don't have the map of that game, check if you have it, or if you have it, chet the name of it.

The Quest combinations... you should check that you have the same scenario.xml at system.mrs and at the matchserver

And the bounty, never change it, its not recommended
