Cannot see server

I was having several issues but I was able to fix them all except this one . It has been really frustrating me .
I am using my local computer to test the server .
I've read all the HELPS under same help but most of their errors
are corrected on my files . I hope at least .
Launcher is set to 127.0.0.1 do . Maybe there is a error ? Not sure but I hope you could help me out . Thank you

Maybe you didn't add the ip to locatorstatus.dbo

Local doesn't need to be portforwarded. It is locally in the computer. it Doesn't use the internet. So there's o need to portforward.

The ones eagledude4 has provided

also I tried the same thing with
gregon13 files

Got this to work .
Problem was solved .

Now I have another problem
I cannot access server . All file notes are up so you can check them . No error logs or anything . :(

EDIT :
Using Phoenix client newest one provided from him . Using your server files also .

EDID 2 :
Problem solved .
It seemed my account AID and Login AID were different .
