that's not your wan ip. Thanks only your computer ip. whatsmyip.org should work fine in getting your wan ip. It works perfectly for me anyways. No idea what you're problem is though. You could try changing INTERNATIONAL in the server.ini to BRZ. Other than that, that stuff looks fine. Might wanna show us all your other configurations.
