Can't connect to the server

Hi guys

My brother has a problem connecting, and im requesting for help for him, since he isnt using ragezone and dosent speak english that good.

He installed gunz online comepletely and successfull, but when he double-clicks the icon on hes desktop
its updating but nothing happens, it stands still without any movement. When he clicks "more info" it says "connecting to server" but nothing happens, he tryed to make it update for 2 days and nothing happend, it dosent move .

Anyone knows how to fix this, or whats wrong?
