Can't create non-hamachi?

Okay. Heres the deal... I have been trying to edit my GunZ private server so it's non-hamachi... I have no server list, AT ALL. And my no-ip website isn't responding? So if any knows this kind of stuff, and can help me. Please feel free to add my MSN~doctarfil@hotmail.com. I will be very appreciative. If you require payment... I can do that, but I will have to earn the money on my free-time. Yes... I am 14... And I don't have a job. ROFL. Yes I know. /fail by me because at 14 I should have at least a small job.
