I think you mean you don't have the install for the SQL Server in 32 bit? If so, just google: "MSSQL Server 32 bit Download" without the quotes. Should get it for you.

If it still doesnt works, and it say file is missing (FileName) then google that file.. after that it should work. Make sure u got .Net frame 3.5 els it wont work..

it staets you have a higher version already? i had the same issue you need the microsoft install clean-up, you run it then you look for msxml 6 in the list click on it un-install it accept the popup (from the program) and re-install msxml6 and everything else should install
