Whenever I try to run Gunz everything that I can press says nomsg. It loads fine but then after I click on a server a screen pops up that says nomsg and then the game closes. I just started playing Gunz and this is the first time I've downloaded it. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks :).

It's not about the strings.xml, it's messages.xml I am sure of that.
I don't see a strings.xml or messages.xml file in my Gunz folder. Am I looking it the right place? And how to I check if they are Ok?
unpack your system.mrs first
Decompile system.mrs and then once it's decompiled click system folder and then search for messages.xml/strings.xml and replace them with any other messages.xml.
I figured out how to decompile system but where can I get another messages or strings.xml?
Same problem with me now.. Just wanted to try phoenix repack 3 files and phoenix database.
I have checked strings.xml/messages.xml and everything..
Ok.Found the problem;
Can some one post the "spCheckDuplicateCharName" script?MMatchDBMgr::CreateCharacter - Could not find stored procedure 'spCheckDuplicateCharName'.

unpack the system.mrs file then go find your strings.xml right click it and edit it. I didn't have this problem but you may just want to browse that whole file and if you see something unusual fix it.
