Cant see server[Kekku's server files]

When i set evry thing to 127.0.0.1 ip evrything work perfrctlly..
when i try to put my server online by puting my wan ip
i cant see the server in the server list...
My ports are 100%forwarded (i know because i ran a server before with my wan ip)
i have tryed to hex edit the "theduel.exe" and "GunzLauncher"

i tryed to put my ip evrywhere..
cant see server...
AND YEA I UPDATED FILELIST!

Don't forget to start the Locator before checking.

but i runed a server b4.. just on a different client..

In most of the routers, Both won't open the port.

yeah on my kekku's server files i cant see my server O.O and i letted some one do it for me.. that already did it..

its a router problem.
its not really forwarding ports.
i puted my private ip adress (not 127.0.0.1) and evrything work..
and with my wan nothing..
