Cant see server (noip.com)

So today i went to noip.com because i wanted a server that wasnt hamaichi or something.
i went to hosts/redirects and created my domain. I got a site and a IP. I put the IP in my database + in my server files and system.mrs but for some reason i cant see my server. can someone help me or give me a guide on how to set it up with noip.com

it takes up to 24 hours for the dns to locally refresh and update internally.
