Cant see servers - More info in .

Hello , I have a problem on my private server.
I made all the setting of the server well ,and did everything good but when I get in my private server I cant see nothing appear.
this is what I did :
In the server files - MatchServer,Locator,MatchAgent - I putted up my WAN IP
In the SQL - on the serverstatus - I putted up my WAN IP
In the system.mrs - I did unpack and edited there the system.xml to my NO-IP address,and of close pack it back and put the new system.mrs file on my gunz folder.
after this I did this : opened up the MatchServer,locator,Matchagent
my NO-IP program and tried to get in my private server and the server still doesn't appear.

I have 2 computer with the same network so I guess I have router ...
I opened up all the ports I was supposed to open ,here the list :
6000 tcp
5100 udp
7000 to 7777 tcp and udp
8900 tcp
80 tcp

and as you think still nothing ...
so I will appreciate if someone will help me to solve the problem and will tell me what I should do for make my server work...
