Can't start the game with launcher.

I'm using Gunzlauncher, hex edited to my IP and xiao's runnable with the filelist skipped, and whenever I try to start my server, I hit Start game, the launcher closes and my gunz doesn't come up. And if I try to load the game from straight theduel.exe, it won't load.

But if I run gunzlauncher.exe AND THEN theduel.exe, the game starts. How do I fix it?

make sure inside the GunzLauncher it launches theduel.exe and not Gunz.exe, Open it up in the Hex Editor of your choice and search for the String Gunz.exe and check if it finds it, and if not then I'm not sure.
