I have the same problem.
You added the maps spawn.xml for CTF mod on MMatchServer on folder Maps/Mansion-Stairway bla bla bla?
wstart a ctf match in mansion first then start it on another map

Put world.xml in matchserver too !
IT'S giving the same error too
Did you correctly implement the CTF feature?
Do you have the files in default.mrs AND sfx.mrs?
yes i checked it before and every thing is good is the problem maybe be from the source?
