change Hp- Ap!

Well can someone tell me how to change the hp ap on items faster in the zitem.XML Like so i dont have to go to every item and change the hp ap manually cause it will take forever

at least a program that could change all hp to 3 or 4 or somehting like
hp: 3 change all 3 well u know

Get PSPad and use the 'replace all' function.
