Why would we ban Guy? He's been releasing stuff, and despite his ego, is a very good coder. Banning people wouldn't fix shit. You wanna change your approach for them to change their ways.

It was a little joke I am agree with you but he is one of the people who start the EgoWars and makes this forum what is right now...

Turning your Words into Reality is Hard.

Nothing is Impossible when working together. (you all know how i mean it ;>)
But the Problem is that the most dont care and go ahead with their Uber Ego.
Like Kochon posted, the most ppl who are improoving the community are egos.
Banning them would result in a Stop of further Development.
Active Mods could reduce the Ego problem a bit.
But would also make Rage look worse than it is right now.
(In terms of strict Mods, Deleting Posts etc).
A Change is Possible, but unless everyone helps, nothings gona change.

I 100% agree with most comments on here, it can become a ego'fest at times, but tbh lately, it's been like the good old times, sharing, appreciating, helping.
