Changing Script

I need help with a script. I need a script that either changes the person's name , clan name or sex and I need Name , Clan and Sex as options in a drop down menu.After it is completed display.I also need it anti right clicked, I'll add the anti-sql injection myself.

Example's name was changed to Example1.
Thank you for donating to our Server.

Example's sex was changed to male/female
Thank you for donating to our server.

The clan Example was changed to clan Example1
Thank you for donating to our server.

Also I need it to read abuse.txt to see if a name you wanna use is in there

The name Maiet can't be used, please choose a different name.

also I need Successful or Error at the top.

P.S Not a master in PHP and sorry I am asking for so much.
P.S.2 Also Add Your Credits, I'll just add in my Server Copyright

you can steal emisand's admin panel pieces and add a log in form (make sure to give credits) + this seems like quite a bit of work unless someone already made one

Tip: Anti right click does nothing, just annoys people who use it for valid reasons.

Check the trinity client, i believe they got something like this.
Then it's just a matter of stealing their files. Or use emisand admin pannel. Good Luck

But my option is ingame, wich is much better, then
do it via web
