Character does not create?

Well, we did not perform any kind of query a while back here on my server, and just updated my man.mrs woman.mrs with some new items and now I can not create more characters. Simply type in the nick of it, I click OK and nothing happens, I can click 300 times on the 'OK' button and nothing happens also remains on the screen to choose the character's traits.

So I thought maybe it was a model, so I took my old files and put the folder and still does not create the character. Could you help me, please?

But now is not the time of creation, but the exclusion of character. Some accounts tries to delete the character, and click OK nothing happens. Some accuse item 'cash' in the inventory, but we are sure that there is no item if either the cash bounty or char.
