it's because you use a modded zitem.xml this has been explained and told how to fix alot use search and double check tutorials and releases and older help threads

I don't see anything wrong in what he said. If you're using a zitem apart from the Original ones, it happens. Jeez. Let us know what you're using first instead of asking people to stay away from your thread. He's just trying to help. Try to appreciate it.

you can edit the starting items under the database stored procedures, forgot the exact one though, will say if it comes back to me :p

Programmability > stored procedures > dbo.spInsertChar > common sence ;)

tho if your not sure backup your db before you try anything :p
