Chr selection screen (login.mrs)

Hey, i just need to know 2 small things,

When i log in the music doesnt coem up straight away it waits till i click "select" before it starts playing (how to fix?)

also i need to kniow how to change the little splash screen that pops up when the camra moves you to your chr's because i want to cahnge it from maiet to my servers logo, can you tell me what picture i need to edit? thanks :)
