Clan Emblem

I have a problem in the emblem upload issue.
I am developing my website and am testing the emblem of upload is working correctly, and is not!
I've edited the system.xml putting the folder where the images are. I put an image called "teste.png" folder and edited in EmblemUrl column Clan table and changed the EmblemChecksum to 1.
And nothing does not work.
