Hello im using rotana's emblem uploader..i get this error.. fix it pl0x
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare writetologfile() (previously declared in C:\AppServ\www\upload\sec.php:3) in C:\AppServ\www\upload\sec.php on line 27

I think you will need to be in a CLAN before you need to upload your Clan Emblem. Well I found the solution when I joined a clan and after I try to Upload a Clan Emblem then it worked. Try like me it should works. Also use WAMP Server it's better then Apache because you can remove the errors by:

Click Left on WAMP Server Icon.
Choose PHP then PHP Settings then uncheck Display Errors. Then it will works perfectly.

dude i dint login in clan leader's ID..... this cmes before that... better answer requested ..
