now,that my friend is a big WIN. What world are you living in.There's 2007 Server Files(rev 5) in releases and a October 2007 Matchserver in 2008 Files.

nvm, i dl'd it put it in my matchserver set the server.ini to clan and set the db to clan and started the server and the quest was still disabled.

You need to use a specific channelrule.xml. Click on the link Military posted above. It will take you to BetrayedAcheron's thread. Download the stuff and only use the channelrule.xml.

yeah, i got it to work now just everytime i try to make a quest match it goes to deathmatch automaticly
