Which server are you using?
Also, check the "Fight with balance feature" box and ask the opponent team to do the same before inviting. Clan wars should work and this isn't any error for which you have to post here but oh well, give it a try.
Im using Helmax Server 2007 also befor work fine i dont know why now not

Don't use HelMaX's files....
Use GUNZ2830's 2007 or 2008 Quest + Clan server. I haven't even heard of Helmax's files.
AH for that yea i use GUNZ2830 Q+C server ^^ i mean for match agent etc.. i use Helmax
