Client doesn't start up

Server and database are all ready.

IPs in and stuff.

Now when I click on theduel.exe, the game doesn't even load up!

When I click on gunzlauncher.exe, after clicking "Start Game," nothing shows up!

Please help..

Do I need to turn on matchserver or something?
