Client Issue

Im have a issue when my buddies try to connect from there homes. When they start the GunZ Client the launcher starts fine but when they click start all they get is a black screen and at bottom of screen it says loading interface skin than nothing.
I have no issues using my client on my end with server/client and all works fine. Anyone have ideas? Is it a driver issue on there end or somthing else. Thanks...
