if i wanted to make a clored name Like Owner different color than the developer and the donator Different From the owner Like That is VPS has anything to do with this or some program So i hope you help me as soon as possible

It doesn't matter where you do the edits, what client are you using? 2008 or 2007?

Well if your using 2007 you can search in ragezone for UGradePatch.exe

That will do a good job.
