How would I change the commands like /admin_ban to ban the account instead of DC?

If one person is on and hacking.
an admin goes in game using /hide looks at the hacker.
trys to ban but only DCes him. how would I change that to ban the account? and how would I add new commands?

use exe unpacker? or pe-explor
Sorry for reviving this. But could somebody possibly post the program or whatever. I have searched for hours. And I dont really know what to download. I searched on google about pe-explor and the other one. But I just dont seem to get what I am looking for.
Go get ollydbg and learn how to use it.
