Compiled Matchserver error [ No Clan mode ]

Hello frnds, i compiled my matchserver in every mode and tried all but m not getting a quest+clan server.

It only shows quest but not clan. I have to change 'test' to 'clan' in server.ini inorder to play clanwars.
can anyone tell me how to make quest+clan in one matchserver in vc++?
