Can someone make this for me:

theduel.exe that includes:

Admin grade: Jus change the color to red :P
GM grade: same powers as admin and make their name green
Developer grade: Cyan name/ turqouise same powers
Moderator: Mute/ban people/adminwall yellow name

And Coder: Purple name with all powers

Vip: Light pink name
VIP: light blue name

Head GM : light green same powers as admin


COLORS (in hex):
GM: 33FF00
Admin: FF0000
Developer: 00CCFF
Moderator: FFFF00
Coder: 6600CC
Head GM: 99FF66
VIP1: FF66CC
VIP2: 99CCFF





And gimme the Grades like admin 255 etc


PS: i know probably non of you is willing to do this becasue i cant give any rewards, But i would be very happy if someone could make a bit time for me and make this :D
