Paul is the only guy I really know.
He has the files on his home PC but he's in Africa atm.

goblin.mrs is one of the files without encryption.
Hmmpf. Okay let's talk on MSN.

Re: Could someone unpack these files (PERMISSION GIVEN)
Upload it somewhere besides megaupload (something like filebeam) and I'll give it a whirl.

Wgfreak left shortly after RZ merged with Epic, he has no idea what to do.
Carlos left the gunz community awhile ago, nor has he been on MSN in about a year or two.

Re: Could someone unpack these files (PERMISSION GIVEN)
I plan to pop in every once in a while =p
Humph, can't seem to even get the launcher or the 8 programs it contains to run because of c#/win7. Anyone who can run it, just start it up, caopy the gunz.exe when it's running to another place, and upload it. =p

If you starup the launcher it starts complaining about not being able to connect to the server.
It doesn't unpack the runnable..

Re: Could someone unpack these files (PERMISSION GIVEN)
No shit, but I can't even get as far as that. I get this right after the splash screen. So no debugging, no bypassing the unpacking process, no removing the server check.

as said it can't. It was kind of a process NabTrap did. Downloaded the gunz.exe after updating, deleted after GunZ quit.

Checks > updates > runs > deletes. An of course, wouldn't open if the addresses have been effected or changed.

It was a custom method.

I think it needed Nabtrap to run no matter what, unless you had the dev client.
Dom had to wipe his computer, so he lost everything.
Kidd, Mike, and some i don't know wether they have it or not.
It was either Mike or Beb.
Carlos still goes on PSN.

.NET Framework 2.0 was required for Nabtrap so was a runtime.. forgot which.

Re: Could someone unpack these files (PERMISSION GIVEN)
t6 it stays hard to leave gunz behind hmm? the developing of gunz is so much stress but also so much fun!
-
Re: Could someone unpack these files (PERMISSION GIVEN)
I wouldn't say I'm back, just bored and mrs file stuff is sorta my thing =P.
So if there is no gunz.exe in the launcher(it gets downloaded then deleted) to reference, this isn't possible with only the given files.

Bep probably, i could ask Mike, he gets on MSN occasionally, doubt that even if he did he remembers/has it.
Some i know gets on PSN.

Probably why it hasn't been done.
I asked around for the .exe when i realized i had all the files backed up, but Dom didn't have it, some was inactive, and Mike was done with gunz. So the chances of getting the .exe are pretty much nothing.

Mobile skin sucks. D:
If you want to do some searching. I remember the dev client being uploaded to Megaupload.
