Create strings.xml from desc & itemname ?

I know there are programs that rips the item name and desc from the strings.xml, but is there also a program that creates a strings.xml from the item name and desc ?

I hope so, I don't have enough time to add 1300[2600 = name + desc] sentences manually into strings.xml.
