the problem is: fatal error C1033 cryptlib: can not open program database''

PD: I formatted the computer, rebooted, re installed, falling back on vs 2003.
I had the same problem with physical machine, I decided windows xp sp3 virtualized

why not?
if you compiled it as C:/your pc/ your folder/ your dekstop. It compiled as that.
Now in his pc he needs that.
