what i think its in Abuse.txt what you do is just open it and put ^ inthere becuase if you can put it to were you cant put like homo, then you try making a char name with homo it says doesnt work, im pretty shure correct me if im wrong
Try to add 2^ to your Abuse.txt in system.mrs and add it in your MatchServer folder.
That should do the job.

adding ^ to your abuse.txt wont allow u to use the ^ symbol.
but that gonna block it from lobby and in game too so that gonna make "^" using are not allowed so will be no more colors xD

abuse.txt is client sided. With euro dll u can just add ^ in your name. If you block it server sided you not abled to do that anymore.

look for lambda's block i think they have one O.o
lambda block does not block the ^sign
would be great if some1 can give a block code for db for ^ sign yh, the colour name hack will be blocked this way
