Well hes sql injecting all the time and i whant him to stop but he wont..
he wants us to ddos that person O.o

If people on RaGEZONE are doing illegal stuff such as ddosing MentaL is allowed to give those account with the IP to the one who is asking for it.
Further Rodi ddos so much, he should get a life and search a girl or maybe a boyfriend.

Well, to prevent this, id rather create an antisql injection or a firewall that prevents ddos and antisql injections.
Use Guy's PHP protection script to prevent DoS / DDoS attacks and SQL injections.

Obviously not. But, it will prevent certain attacks.
A webbased PHP script is going to stop me from flooding you with UDP/TCP connections. RIIIGGGHHTT
Only way that script would matter is if I was using cURL to spam some login box or some message.
