i'll Say 5x Like Aimed and bounty, Custom Stuff, Custom Interface, Custom everything (not Quests... If u can then ok Thats nice but if u cant then Forget it xD) Custom BGM,Interface,LoadingScreen etc and Custom Shop Stuff (Custom Blended Stuff etc..) thats Exactly what i think Would make a Perfect Server =]
5x rates or 1x(normal), a super nice website like i can create, Custom launcher like my own launcher, custom anti-hack like mine. Orginal shop. Custom maps, Nice interface.
The rates should be so that people feel that they advance fairly quickly, but not too quickly. If it's too quickly they get bored. The amount of experience you need to reach the next level should be slowly increasing.
It shouldn't go down often, and when it do it should be up again really soon.
The items should be properly balanced.
All custom things should be carefully selected. One should avoid crap.
Very little hacking.
