Does anyone know how to apply the suicide with subtraction?

Does anyone know how to apply the suicide with EXP subtraction?

Once the player will suicide, it will suicide in just a second of few seconds and with EXP subtration.

Does anyone know?

I tried to hard but I fail. 1 time I did but no subtraction of EXP, but after the player respawn, it went to invisible or transparent player.
